1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7–12 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location:

• Beirut: 7–10 working days
• Outside Beirut (Lebanon): 10–12 working days
• International shipping: Currently not available / Coming soon.

3. Delivery Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a confirmation message once your order has shipped. If tracking is available, we will send you a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently deliver only within Lebanon. Please ensure your delivery details are correct to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

5. Delays

Delays may occur due to high order volume, weather conditions, or courier issues. If your order is delayed, we’ll inform you as soon as possible.

6. Damaged Packages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We will work with the delivery company to resolve the issue.
