Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some products are not eligible for return, including:

• Personal care and hygiene products
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items
• Customized or personalized products

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size/color. If you need an exchange, send us an email at Lisbeirut.co@gmail.com or +961 03 653 805. before returning the product.

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
